This is fantastic to see. Great work Joe! Working on the pre-30's bikes is a lot of fun. I've got a customer with a '28 rudge-whitworth four I'm doing over and am impressed with the quality of construction on these old girls!
Great build - good ideas for fabbing (the clamps, the primary drive cover) regardless of the bike being built.
Questions on the chain cover fab:
- aluminum 3003 and thickness?
- MDF form shape or?

it only gets worked on during the winter when i have some free time (and ambition -ha ) ….i'm soooo close, muffler and head pipe and a few small items.
metal used was steel, no aluminum.
