Any Idea What This Is?

Poking around the back part of my in-laws property this Christmas season and I saw this laying in the neighbor's junk heap. I couldn't make out any badges or anything and the pictures aren't great because I was trespassing when I found it and decided it would be best not to linger. It looked to be a single cylinder but it had two exhaust pipes (not sure if that's even a thing or not). Any ideas?

Looks like a British bike, bsa is my guess, but I'm no British expert by any means.

I'd have beelined right over to that neighbor and offered to haul off some of that trash. Shape of that shiny muffler drew me right to it. Early 60's BSA twin cylinder. I see potential in that heap.
