In my opinion a billion dollar lottery should feed a major discussion about the true economic state of the U.S. and the general population's willingness to bet on it.

If they are giving away 1.?billion dollars, how much did they keep? Was that money properly distributed? Where does it go?

Don't normally play but if the line is not too long I'll bite.

One day, the winner of a large lottery jackpot visited his financial planner to check on his investments. On the way home to his luxury mansion, he told the driver of his stretch-limo to drive by a city park so he could see the sights. But, while driving by the park, he saw 5 disheveled homeless people eating grass off the lawn.
