it was a pain to drill all those holes but i like the way it turned out - very happy with it:D

Got some new pieces done :).

footrestes and brake and gear levers..

i have got the extensions for the bar done as well :D so i was able to properly mount the revers levers!:D

Really neat work here.

How do you go about bending the stainless for the heat shield and keeping the curve so even?
 
can i get in first and guess at Dunlop wet weather race compound ? looks a lot like the ones we used to have when i worked for the dunlop importer a couple of years ago

the heat shield, cause of all the holes drilled in it, was pretty soft and i was able to do the most of it by hand(waaaay easier than cones). bent it on a piece of pipe. Used some hammering as well but just a tiny bit really. i used Teflon hammer to keep it nice and clean.

Worked on wires for first time and managed to get the spark so the test ride is closer than ever! :D

nice, the little copper accents here and there will look amazing! how did you get attach the copper rings at the exhaust tips?
