Longer pushrods for big bore????

Just installed big bore kit. When assembled the valve clearance approached 5mm (!) It was easily adjusted into spec, BUT the face of the adjuster where it hits the valve is far less parallel to the valve end than it was. Has anyone had the same issue and did anyone consider longer pushrods to compensate????? :-\

No need. Was the gasket set thicker than normal? your base gasket could be the issue. That will change compression if the deck is jacked way up.

the geometry is very important ,well i know, its not really rocks and old dirt and stuf but.......
it must be kept very close to original or you will waller out the guides, knurl-up the stems and gower-down the rocker tips something ugly, sorry
