Fuel economy

My Ace seems to get just over 200km to a tank on the highway. (not sure- bit hard without a trip meter) I did 180km last night and it was close to empty. It does work hard- I'm currently 142kg and a ride on the highway is flat the whole time. It now can sit on 95/100km/h but slows to 80 on hills. (150cc) Currently has drilled 92 main jet, removed front cat and EGR. Economy seems to have been the same the whole time I have had the bike, including when it was a 125.
The owners manual quotes less than or equal to 2.1L/100km, or nearly 50km/L. My bike is closer to 20km/L. I wonder how others bikes compare? Mine does have an occasional miss at speed too- wonder what that is too- fuel or electrical?
It has a NGK plug and standard coil, lead and cap.
How economical are others bikes? I thought the Ace might be a fair bit better. My GN250 gets 30-35km/L. :(

Ha!

As a 125cc my 'Ace' averaged 34km/l or 2.88 litres/100k.
Now it's a 150cc I'm getting 28-30km/l.

Maybe getting only 20km/l might have something to do with the 142kg!

Crazy

125 cc, rejetted, egr gone, new exhaust. I weigh 83kg.

Regular around town use 80mpg 3.5l/100km 28km/l

Went on a 200km ride with 50cc's so nice and slow on the flat and it did 120mpg 2.35l/100km 42.5km/l
