the Black Knight, a 400four tale.

Re: The Black Knight, HOORAY its CARB DAY!!!

You should hold on to the old float needles and seats if they are original. Just in case, you know.

Oh yeah, I hang onto everything.

its looking like the main #75 needle seats are going to go the same way too.

Ill see if Honda still offers the original sized O-rings for this stuff.

Re: The Black Knight, HOORAY its CARB DAY!!!

The O-ring kits are available from Honda.

But its not the original part number. (new Honda parts are probably the same as what I already got)

So Im gonna stick w what I got here, until I run into issues w tuning.

Let me know if you need any carb parts. I have a box full of pieces from my 350.

Thanks bud, everything here appears to be in good condition. But if I do I’ll get ahold of you.

Re: The Black Knight, HOORAY its CARB DAY!!!

If those carbs have the same 6mm x .75 thread on the float bowl drain screws as most other Hondas of that period, you can use vacuum adapters to check fuel level. CrazyPJ sells them as vacuum adapters for CB360s but I just found out that they also work fine for checking fuel levels on Suzuki GT550s and early GT750s as well as CB750 SOHC and CB77 and 160s

I will check into that. I was thinking about figuring out how to make an external fuel level "Thingy". 8)

THANKS!!!!

Re: The Black Knight, HOORAY its CARB DAY!!!
