CT1 hub laced to RD loop?

I'm building a Yamaha CT1 as a street bike and I'd like a wider base for mounting the tires. The stock loops are smaller than recommended for any of the touring tires I'm looking at.

Can I get 18 x 2.15 loops from an RD and lace them to the stock CT1 hubs?

why not just dress-up like a clown when you ride ?

Because it's hard to shift in the shoes and the wig get in my eyes with the helmet on.

I'm not looking for fatty tires, just want a wider base for mounting a 100/90r18 front and a 120/90r18 rear.

they wouldn't have to be rd rims, any rim with 36 spokes and similar hub diameter and same cross pattern ,will be easy to lace
