Couple of CL350's

Sounds the same as on my CB350. The two holes at 5 and 7 are the two screw holes but there should be a little tab/hook/??? (not sure what its called) at the 12 o'clock position (on the ring I believe) that has to be inserted first and then the bottom snaps in. Even this way its a snug fit though.
 
Yep. Doing that and trying to get the bottom lined up, too. My Dad is coming over tomorrow to help.
