Tire size cb650

I’m about to order new rims and need some pros and cons regarding rear tire size. Front tire will be 110-120. My options are
18” 120-130 width
18” 150-160 width
17” 150-160 width

Pros for 130 is that I don’t need to offset the chain.
Pros for 150-160 is cool looks...

More pro/con?

How will handling be affected if I go with a 160 rear tire?

Chassis wasn't designed for wider tyres, it will affect handling but no idea how.. You don't need 'fat' tyres and look may be wrong? How about extra skinny tyres?

Fatter tires will make the steering heavier by increasing the centrifugal force since the tires are heavier and they may overload the frame due to the increased traction they offer. They may also negatively affect wet road traction due to the increased contact patch and reduce the pressure the tire puts on the road to squeeze the water out but I am not sure if modern tires are susceptible to this. Older frames flex and you don't want them to increase the flexing. The XS650 guys should be able to give you a good idea of how wide to go.
