"baby 904" MA904 import

Her '77 Dodge colt decided to provide a curious fault. All forward gears and no reverse, neutral, and engine loaded by torque converter in reverse, neutral and park.
Could not push the car forward or back in neutral or reverse with the engine running. Initial inspection found a shattered accumulator spring and no other damage.
Transmission out and inspection found the damage in the attachments. The petals of the belleville spring got between the spring and the piston. Clutch lockage :-/

Repair and reinstall ...

I have been looking for the very rare vintage twin cam as well as a later mill that matches the "narrow block" Mitsubishi bolt pattern.
We plan on keeping this one so its an investment in the future.
