The fender is off my CB650 (but they are all pretty similar among the SOHC4s). I removed the light and cut off the front section with the original mounting holes. Then I drilled some new holes (two mounting holes and two holes for the turn signal, plus four more for the tail light). I also had to drill the frame since there were originally no holes in that spot. I then put two long bolts through and tightened in stages which stretched the fender a little. Then I put one more smaller bolt through the frame and fender to keep it from rotating up or down on the mounting bolt axis. I'm not in love with how I mounted it. I could revisit it and make it a little more professional looking.
