Anyone have any exp with Indian "Benelli 260" tanks???

I have been seeing a lot of Binelli tanks on eBay that are made in and shipped from India. I expect they are repros but that is fine as long as they share the original specs.

Has anyone bought and used one?

I tried to search for the answer to this question but didn't get anything relevant. Perhaps I use the wrong search keywords. Dunno.

Thanks for any advice in advance.

PS: I am hoping to start an (ever increasingly popular) XV750 build in the next month or so. Doing some research.

They are hit or miss.
I haven't used one but I've read both positive reviews and horrible ones.
One guy got his and it was rusted through from the inside haha

Hey Sonic.

Thanks for the thoughts. I sort of suspected that. They are pricey enough that I wouldn't want to get the 'miss' rather than the 'hit' and then have to deal with all that time lost and need to make a return.

Do you have any idea where I can find a good used Binelli other than eBay?
