Seat Hoop Fabrication London/UK?

Hi all,

I'm looking to have a seat hoop made, does anyone have any recommendations of places/people in London that could do it, or anywhere in the UK that could build then ship after I supply specs?

In the village I grew up in (during the 90s) there was a good blacksmith and a scrapyard, none of that stuff exists anymore. Shame.
