I have looked at a couple of Jeep transmission video's, didn't really tell me much though, mainly 'it's too complicated, take it to a specialist' BS and of course, the latest is O2 sensors :
The majority of sites seemt o have people who 's idea of DIY is paying someone to do stuff while they watch.
I joined Pontiac Firebird forum, the ijits there though the Pontiac 389, 400, 454, etc. had 100% VE so I gave up pretty quick(it's closer to 60% on a good day at lowish rpm)
OMG
Just watched about half of first carb video. No wonder I'm getting so many messed up carbs if people are following it.
I guess I'm going to have to make a video to correct the misinformation. Most of what I saw wasn't too bad, except the primary and secondary main jets are backwards, the 'discharge nozzle' is needle jet and secondary discharge nozzle is really primary discharge.. I stopped when I saw how he was doing float levels, that's just wrong for so many reasons
I'll admit I have seen all the videos he's every posted and soaked them all up - I never knew about this site before I started my build
No one else makes videos like this, high quality production and very "matter of fact" educational. I searched youtube for "CB360" and never saw your videos even come up in the search - so I was glad to see you posted them here.
everyone always says "someone needs to make a better video than this" but never does it haha
