Hello from Chicago

Hello,

I am looking to build a cafe bike for the first time. Just looking for tips and doing research before I buy anything.

A little about me,

I am a freelance automotive photographer and the marketing director for a performance / exotic shop in the suburbs of Chicago. Currently own a '13 Zx6R and an Evo X. Looking to pick up a new project and have been hooked on the older bikes to pair up with an Air Cooled car in the future.
