No mention about title or of the motor turns over.......
Would assume it is missing a number of bits.

Shame as these are great bikes.
Many have been hacked up into terrible café racers, and others just lost.

Price isn't crazy town.
I would call it "retail"

I figured with the motor in pieces it is hard to tell if it is a runner or not. What price would be a deal, but not insult the guy?

It is worth what someone is willing to pay.
Only you can put that price on for yourself.

If the motor is in pieces it is super easy to tell......it aint a runner.

Maybe focus less on "getting a deal" price wise and look more at picking projects well.
Unless you already know a lot about the 305 motor and have done these bikes before, and have spares....I cant see this bike offering a pleasant build experience. Would have to assume there are better starts to a project.
