Good deal? 1980 gn400

Found this locally on craigslist. They are trying to find a title (friends neighbor...you know the runaround).

They say it runs great. In the pic it looks great and would be a quick little turn around into a cafe.

Does $500 sound right? I was thinking offering $350. If they can't find the title I'm not interested.

I'd say $350 sounds fair. It looks like it's missing some bits and pieces.

I saw the side covers are missing and there's a huge dent in the tank. Anything else missing?

I don't see any lights on the back, turn signals, brake light.

Ah yes yes. Shouldn't be a problem on those. I'd probably replace with after market and lose the rear fender.

I should have prefaced that.
