need to order one of the last pieces of the puzzle: Carb jets!!!

I have the stock carbs on my 1972 CB500, and there are currently no jets installed in the rebuilt carbs. I am going to be running the Moto GP Werks Yoshi replica exhaust and velocity stacks. So, not knowing anything about carbs, what do I need to order and what's a good source? Thanks!

Jets'R'Us can hook you up good. Buy a few sets starting with stock going up a few steps. You may also want to pick up a couple sets of pilot jets while you're at it.

Id buy at least 3 different sizes so you can get it dialed in just right.
With the velocity stacks you might want some different pilot jets as well..

ok, Jets'r'us couldn' really suggest anything as far as what jets to start out with. Here is the list of jets for my carbs:

WHat do you guys think I should get? I don't know anything about this and don't want to spend too much on a couple of different sizes just to find out I was way off the mark. The carbs have 100's in them now.
