CMSNL says they have some, but they're not cheap:

This thread on thumpertalk suggests you could try looking for an XT250 or SR250 camshaft.

I checked the parts numbers on CMSNL and they are a match.

Web Cams looks like they have something for the XT250 as well:

thanks for the info! hoping to find one a bit cheaper as the whole bike isn't even worth as much as some of the cam's i've found so far

I hear you. It's the only downside to not having an extremely popular vintage bike. Good luck!

Early 80's (81 to 83 I think) XT250 & TT250 cams will fit. I have an 81 TT250 cam in mine.

I do have one (SR250) cam from a 2002 model. But there is some rust on the lobes, so I'm not sure you'd want it

Hi guys, just wondering if there are any other alternatives from purchasing either the new stock sr250 cams (around $500 once shipped to Aus) or the XT250 & TT250 cams which come in at a similar price? Any other heads that match these engines/ other engine options? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Is that this cam cosworth? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Yamaha-87-04-Warrior-350-HotCams-Hot-Cams-Stage-1-Cam-Camshaft-/322254162510

You bet. Slides right in. Niche sells them for cheap too.

I do recommend drilling the oil feed hole in the head. You fit a drill bit down the hole by removing the bolt.

These motors have nearly zero pressure, but rely on flow. There is a pin in the crank to force more oil into the head, and now the restriction is the feed hole.

Also, you're probably going to want to replace the rockers. Once you get them out you may be aghast at how worn they are. Get more oil to that head.
