Some early Rotax / Can-Am engines had the rotary valve through the side of the crank web like that. Saw a few engines modified to be that way also. Unique idea.

By the big 'K' on the tank, I'd guess it's a big Kawi single, 250 or 350. ;)

They call it the Mongrel lol Billy goat on here is building a bike inspired by that one too. It started life as a 250cc 3 wheeler

Looks like a Suzuki 4 cylinder so I googled it and suggests it's an 1967 RS67 125cc 12 speed 42HP . 125cc 4 cylinder. Had to love the sixties.
