+1 to Tune's suggestion. That bike looks really clean and cheap too.
 
I'm in Pittsburgh but have a 77 GS750 I'll make tou a killer deal on. Good enough that even shipping it to New York would be under your budget.
 
Wow, thanks for the responses, unfortunately I was selling my bike to a friend and now he's begging me to wait a little longer, springtime, to sell it to him. I will start searching again . Thanks for your support
