bolt on 12v coil for cb125

anyone know of a bolt on? tried a few random coils that would work, but figure there must be one that doesn't need a mod.
 
Try one from an XT600. Mounting brackets are the same for that as they are for the CB350 and I'm guessing (but am not sure) that the 125 will be the same, too.
 
i'm seeing some aftermarket coils on ebay for small hondas... according to the listing compatible with a ton of small honda motors, ct70, cb125, etc. cheaper than a lot of the used coils, might pick one up and find out if the mount matches.
 
Stay away from the small orange ones. They're designed for CDI ignitions and will not likely work with your engine. Depends on a lot on the year, though. I'm assuming you have an older bike with a points ignition.
