Rear master cylinder sizing question

Are there different sizes for rear master cylinders?
The reason I ask is that I am converting a XS400 from drum to disk and I need to add a rear master. I was thinking of going with one with a built in Reservoir from a dirt bike.

Will it matter? I know that they have different sizes for front MCs. For single or dual disk and even other sizes for feel, but I have not seen anything about bore size for a rear one.

Backs are pretty much all the same bore. I would be more worried about making sure the reservoir inlet to the m/c is in the right place for your build. They can be top, left-middle, right-middle, back.

How do you determine the inlet? I was going to place it on the rear frame tube, similar to the stock minting place. It will be on an angle.

Depends on if you go in front of or behind the down tube. If it's behind it, then you want the reservoir feeding the side and your banjo on top. Most mounting holes are threaded, so you want the mounting holes on the right. You'd be welding a mounting plate and drilling two holes that the screws pass through.
