Looking great man. Will that custom oil be be $$$$$???

Question: What radiator is that you are using? Looks relatively compact and unobtrusive to the design... Would consider something like that for my Transalp build.

A friend is taking cafe of me, so free lol.

Maybe the motor needs to be raised by a couple of inches to look right, and then raise the swingarm pivot by an appropriate amount..... It's not quite as mad as that sounds. If the rear downtube is removed, add two new frame side tubes from just above the swingarm pivot allowing space for new pivot points..

I've gone too far... besides, now it's serviceable in frame lol. Once everything is on there it'll look just fine.

Progress. Got the pan back, and damn it looks good. Over 6 inches ground clearance and holds and same volume. Now the second half of the solution is making a new exhaust, which isn't a real big deal.

Thanks guys. Tank just went out to ncologerojr for the fuel pump to be fitted, I'm now tackling this ridiculous wire harness. It looks like I can strip half of it out, but I have so many questions, looks like there's going to be a lot of trial and error. My goal is to have it done and the exhaust finished by the time I get the tank back, so I can see if this pig will fire up.

If anyone can answer any of this, here's just a few of the things I'm not sure of.

Side stand switch, how do I bypass?

Since I'm not using the cannister how do I bypass that valve?

Can I just hook up a toggle switch to the key wires?

Does the gauge cluster have to be connected to start the bike?

Can I bypass the 02 sensor with a power commander?

There are a lot of fuses, can I bypass any of them? Wouldn't the main just trip if there is an issue?

If I'm not running abs can I strip that out of the harness?

I'm trying to slim this thing down, and I'm sure I will have more questions yet.

Got a wiring diagram?
+1 with a diagram it's totally possible...

Most side stand switches are an on/off signal. With the kickstand in the up position it completes the circuit as long as the neutral circuit is also complete... should be as easy as bypassing that altogether as long as it is not tied into any other circuits. But only a wiring diagram will show this.

I have a full shop manual, with the wiring diagram yes. Let me see if i can get on dropbox.. ideally, i need to elimate everything i can and basically run a stand alone engine management setup. I have no place to house the bank sensor, cannister valve, and theres one other valve ill take a photo of that needs to go.

You're gonna have to download the shop manual. It's at the very end like page 485 or something.

I took s screen shot but it's hard to read. The actual doc can be zoomed in.
