That's a pretty radical RZ500 you had there!! Nice!! :D Does it have the aluminum frame or steel?

I remember well whan the first units arrived in Toronto. The shop I was getting some work done at recieved one of the first units. They were a well known race shop and specialized in Yamaha RD's, and RZ's. It was an amazingly dense package! Not a wasted bit of space between the axles!!

I had the chance to ride around CTMP in S. Ontario 2 years ago. They had a "track time" during the lunch break at the vintage races. I followed this around for a lap or so:

Not as radical as yours, but pretty nice! And clean as a whistle!! 8)

He wasn't interested in pushing it on the track though!! I passed him and his buddies with my "stone axe h2"!! I don't blame him at all though. It's way to nice to wreck pushing it beyond your comfort level. :D

Haha! I thought those were Audi wheel covers for a sec! ;D

My ideal type of motor!

Suter is supposed to have the first batch of bikes ready for delivery toward the year's end.

The best road racer Ive ever owned was a Kawi H2, used to blow CBX Hondas off the road,
It was a great machine until I had a front blowout at 135mph

Is that where your 'handle' came from? ;) ;D 8)

My first race after mandatory full face buckets were required at Seattle International raceway.
It was also the last day I ever raced.
I have scars in the mirror I see everyday from the helmet hitting the ground, and it shattering my face.
My name here comes from a song by Foreigner

Wow, sorry to hear about the accident. :-\ Musta been a tough go for a while after that. :p

Equipment was pretty sketchy back in those days... even the safety equipment. ???

That song brings back some memories. :) Great to have you as part of the DTT community!! :D
