I would've paid good money for that exhaust.. add another to the scrap pile. If you want a bobber, use a Special tank. I have one with the petcocks if your want to trade. Great Bikes, just hard to customize

The pipe was mounted bad & welded even worse. Its a kerker? header that needs cut off & welded to a better pipe. I'm trying find stock headers for stacks & a special tank. I'd be willing to trade. I'm designing 9" hard struts on Auto CAD. Haven't put any money into it yet. Trying different setups.

With the pod filters, did you rig anything to suspend the carb rack or are they just hanging on the carb boots? I threw some zip ties on mine. I was concerned with how heavy the carb rack is, combined with the boots being so old. Mine are in good shape, but I know they're prone to cracking. Just a heads up.

Small update, got the tag mount made, tail light, pod filters, jets, and white grips on her. I didn't get a chance to mess with the bike this weekend. I was sitting in the engine bay of my jeep all weekend. Just yesterday it had only three pistons in it. Now she's purring on all 6 again bored .40 over.
