1973 honda cb450

Hey everyone
Im in the process of rebuilding my 450 and just have a few questions about a rear hoop. Just wondering if anyone has used the dcc rear hoop and seat pan. Im trying to decide if its worth the money and what kind of weight it can hold where welded properly.

Check my built thread below. I think I bought my hoop from the guy that makes them on this forum. I forget his user name. Someone else should know... Same frame as yours, I used the Legendary Motorcycles seat pan which IS sold through DCC as well. It would be very easy to make your own though as well.
The hoop really won't hold a whole lot of weight even though it would be capable of it, it's more for stiffening up the frame from the other support you cut off under the oem seat.

If you search for cafegoose and send him a pm, he can put together a rear hoop for a decent price for you.
