I just completed adding a rearsets to my bike. I paid about $150 for the parts. I modded a Moto-R Suzuki SV650/1000 rearset kit from Ebay. I used a 82 Suzuki GS650 shift level and bent/cut it for the linkage and the Suzuki Hayabusa shift rod 140mm long. The brake side didn't need any part other than modding the stock parts a little bit.
