Little Honda cafe bike.....

Hi guys.....a pal of mine wants to build a small capacity cafe style bike, and has picked up a cheap CG125 for the project. I took a quick look at the bike and there is nowhere obvious to mount the rearsets. The only option seemed to me to be to weld a hanger to the frame tube that runs from the back of the motor towards the rear of the bike.
I did see one pictured on Pipeburn, which appeared to have a mounting plate attached from the swing arm pivot or thereabouts.
