Standard bores were all good! New mitaka Pistons etc.... Just waiting on crank seals now

Where did you get your frame powdercoated? Do you know what colour it was?

It was performance powder coating at Barham, in South East kent. Google them. Ask for Dan, top guys there. Iam not sure what grey it was but he does a whole range of new colours and effects there
 
Looking very nice! I hope you are going to use the original color on the tank? I love those candy colors they used on the 500. Oh and what are those bars you have on there?
 
I have been umming and arring about colours for ages. I am prob going to stick with its original identity and go candy lavender!
Thanks for comments, as for the bars. They are from the guys at Titan Performance in Kent. Google them, they sell them online

Ok thanks, I do know these guys. I built a T/Gt500 a year or so ago here is a link to a short video if your interested https://youtu.be/5p8GTQr2kE4. That candy lavender is probably my favorite color, the green is cool too. Maybe use the candy Lavender and kick it up a bit make it more vivid.

Stainless mudguard. I will cut it in half and dress the ends to make a short front mudguard and a bit for the rear

Coming on really nicely Ben....I know we have discussed colour a lot in the past, and I am glad you have decided, as I did, to maintain the bike's identity. I like people to know what the bike is/was, and to achieve that, the OEM tank in original colour is the only way to go. Looking forward to some shows next year.....heads will turn with yours and these 2 on display.
