Need help identifying purpose of unplugged connection

Can someone tell me what this third unattached connection could be?

Some turn signal relays have 3 connections some have 2 nothing to worry about as long as you have the right 2 connected.

No that's a good question to ask if you plug a 2 wire relay in wrong you fry it.

That is normal don't worry about it it's and extra ground connection and if you look at the wiring diagram it will show it on there going no where.
Had the same thing on my 1981 CB750K.
