Been Around the Block
Hello Everyone...I've been following this forum for quite a while now, but never got around to posting anything about my project. I purchased this 1971 CB350 Twin back in October 2007 and have been tinkering here and there whenever I get a chance. Paid $0 for the bike and the previous owner even trucked it to my place. It's actually an odd story...she gave me my money back after I ran into some complications with the DMV...even though the previous owner had it on non-operation status for the past many years, the DMV lost the records for whatever reason, and tried to charge me X-years of back-registration fees. The previous owner cleared it up with the DMV (she found proof of the non-op. status) and they waived the fees. AND she gave me back my money ($275) for the hassle I guess.
So, here it is (I actually pieced the bike back together just to take the picture) taken in October 2007:
