New here---just started looking around. Some nice stuff, and tons of knowledge/wisdom/experience. And that was just page 1!
Picked up a 99.5% complete 1973 Suzuki T500 that's been (literally) sitting in a barn for 20 years. Came with ownership and key, and an engine that will turn over. It has 18,000 miles on it.
This adds to my street and track bikes....and gives me something motorbike-related to do over our long Canadian winters!!!
Have already started to tear it down...engine is now out of the frame, and am in the process of cleaning, examining, imagining, .... It hopefully will be a clean, simple cafe bike when I'm done. Have a feeling this will become my favourite forum....
