Just picked up a couple 82 920 Viragos. Neither of them runners, but for 400 bucks, I am not sniveling. I have been enjoying the threads here and have gotten quite a bit of help and ideas. I am a custom painter by trade. http://www.mikelearn.com I have built quite few bikes in the past, but got to itch to do something different this time. Here are a few pics that will show what I have in mind easier than describing.
Starting off with a YG1 speedo/headlight combo. For tank, I am using a Yamaha Xv920RH TR1 Tank. I am fabbing up my own rear section. Hoping to maintain some vintage feel with a bit of modern touches here and there. Nothing new, just my spin on it. The thing that I have been most concerned with is getting rid of all the electrical surplus on the bike.
