How's it going everybody! I bought this '72 CB350 in 2014, absolutely chopped to pieces and not running. I fabricobbled it back together with parts I had laying around, and ended up with what you see in the picture below. After having two kids and going through a career change, I'm finally back in a place in which I have the time and money to start toying with this bike again.

A little background about myself, I come from a heavy industrial background, and have worked in all sorts of industrial environments doing maintenance, repair and overhaul. Before then, I worked as a machinist, and on nights and weekends I run a machine and welding/fabrication shop out of my basement called CannFab Machine Works. I'm fairly skilled at CAD/CAM, and am happy to assist in the design and machining of any custom parts that you guys may need, it's my favorite aspect of being a machinist.

Looking forward to making my way around the board, cheers!

Welcome from Georgia......looks good, more pix......

I'm starting one my self, just finally got a frame, now it's just a matter of time/money and sweat.

Here's a few more pictures of the bike.

This is what it looked like the night I picked it up.

Improvising to get it out of the back of my truck

This is basically where it all started. Stupid looking fat bob tanks in primer, flat trailer fender and some of the crustiest welds I've ever seen.

Ground out and rewelded the hardtail and axle plates, threw a sporty tank on and pulled the fender all together, then came the wiring nightmare.

Got it painted and have been riding it like this up until last season. Now it's in a few pieces in my shop waiting on parts and a completely reworked wiring harness. I'll start a build thread to pick up where I left off.

I've considered it, but I ride it pretty hard (for a hardtail) and I really like the way it feels with an 18" front.
