howdy.
figured since i just bought a cb350 that i'm planin to cafe, i oughta pop in here get to know everone so i can pick there brains.
i'm new to japanese bikes but not bikes in general so i know a little somethin bout somthin but certainly not as much as i'd like.
so i picked up a 71 cb350 for $300, no pink, not title no reg...not running but complete. took it to dmv (CA) and got it registered, no problem, got it home and got it to fire up (one carbs leaking so now i'm waiting for a new gasket set), flushed the tank, rebuilt the petcock and hopefully i'll be on the road next week.
plan to ride it for the summer and work out all the glitches then tear it apart this winter and start the real fun (if i can make it that long).
i'll try to get up some pix.
