Is there anyone on here who could handle rolling a 17" diameter ring out of 1/2" 304 stainless round bar?

Totally off-topic, but I have no idea where to begin and I know there are some pretty serious fabricators on here. Willing to pay for it!

I can but there are pretty simple plans for home made ring rollers if you look
