Stop shaving, it grows back fast, and to prevent chin strap pain I trim along under my chin so it doesn't pull out the hairs.

I did that all winter. And actually haven't shaved with a razor in over a year. But if I stop trimming altogether I'd lose my signature mutton chops

I just switched to a goatee for summer. Beard is gone.

This is 2005, I had a couple years that I was not in the fire service so I grew one. Firemen can't have beards due to our face pieces not sealing.

Shaved it off just before the Spring Thaw trip. I still miss it.
