Yep! another Cb360... to good of a deal to pass on.
As some of you may know a member here jeff1727 posted free to a good home a 75 Cb360.
Well the next day I found myself renting a van and driving to Maple, chatted with Jeff for a bit (great guy).
Jeff and I started loading the van with the Cb360 and a few other goodies.
Handed Jeff some cash for his great generosity, thanks again Jeff! and I was on my way home.

What she look like upon arrival.

are you going the same route as the other bike or changing it up a bit?

things. ;D

Thanks

Re: Cb360 Project Round 2

Great work on the first 360! I can't wait to see how this one turns out.

Re: Cb360 Project No Name!

I can't believe I haven't seen this yet. Can't wait to see what you have planned. Your other 360 is the very bike that got me into these old bikes and onto this forum.

Do you just use a sheet of foam insulation for your mold for glassing your seat? I am thinking about doing one for my latest build.

Just noticed the under the seat exhaust mock up. SWEET!

Thanks man! Glad it inspired you!
Yep! It's pink house insulation, just stack it and shape, just remember
to cover it in foil before applying the resin.
As for the project is coming along slowly, picked up a 2-1 exhaust from

Re: Cb360 Project...Miss Fit!

So I've been browsing eBay for misc part when I came across a set GSXR
forks (first set were a no go).

Waiting on the bearings and all other add on's, but had to mock them up for a few pics.lol

Re: Cb360 Project...Miss Fit! (GSXR Forks!)

Like those beefy looking forks with that tank. Its going to be a good looking bike, thats for sure

Re: Cb360 Project...Miss Fit! (GSXR Forks!)

Thanks guys!
The 19" Harley narrow glide rim came in, also picked up a 40 spoke 18x2.5 to lace up. I read somewhere that due to the Harley rim being a drop center the spokes may be short enough to work with the 18"...well the spoke are snug but I'm going add washer under the nipples to give a few extra threads for truing the wheel.
I'll update later on how it goes. :)

Laced Harley hub and spokes to 18" rim
