Thanks a lot man, it’s always helpful to take a look at how others improved on frame design. I love that bike!

It is sitting at speed deluxe in Chattanooga tn. I don't know where your located, but it would be worth a gander if you are going through there. It's a well done machine

I’m in upstate New York, so probably not gonna make it through there anytime soon haha but it does look like a sweet build.

Small update for now now.

I decided to better enclose the under-seat electronics tray by adding a boarder. It doesn’t look like much, but it was a real pain in the ass. Next I got started on the steel support structure for the front fairing and headlight. I’m using a 7” Union Pacific led headlight. I was originally going to make a mount from scratch like I have in the past, but to save time I decided to cut down a steel bucket. Should work nicely.

The headlight is in position. Now I’ll use tig rod to wireframe the front fairing to make sure I get the flow right. Then I’ll start hammering more aluminum.

I finished up the front support and headlight mount. Now I’m roughing in the aluminum front fairing. It still needs a lot of tweaking and trimming, but showing it’s shape and flow with the tank.

Amazing work, looks fantastic!

That front wheel is way too small, see 4th pic above.

Thanks man!

That wheel is perfect! I’m just ahead of the trend. Big wheel baggers are out, tiny wheel cafes are in!

I just caught a glimpse of those header guards. I love them. Your make, or off the shelf?

My buddy Garry runs them on his BMWs... they are indeed cool.
