76 Kawasaki 400 build direction

Just picked up a decemt 400. Trying to decide on keeping it old school cafe or doing a modern style cafe (newer seat cowl for rear, mono rear shock, digital speedo/tach, h.i.d. headlight, etc...) Ive been looking aroumd and nobody has built (that ive seen) a new school inspired cafe...

there are lots of them on here ...So if you run into problems or questions chances are someone else has been there and figured out a solution
