This one is pretty obvious but didn't see it anywhere on the board. Had all the pieces for it in my basement...just 3 pieces of wood screwed together for the frame and the right diameter pipe to fit through your wheels. Clamps just to make sure you don't spin the pipe out of the hole. Let's you easily attack the wheel from every angle unlike hanging it. Just put on a latex glove and spin it from the middle of the outer rim where you don't care about touching the paint. I forgot to compensate for the diameter of the hole I cut out for the pipe, but I shimmed it and ended up with just enough room.
Another bonus is the easy transport if you need to paint outside but bring it back indoors to dry.
