I'd love to get some input to anyone running 11" shorty shocks on a CB750. I have a 1978 CB750F (supersport) and I'm in the process of getting these new shocks installed.
However I'm honestly really worried that I'm going to regret it. I'm finding plenty of comments on other forums about clearance concerns on turns and/or speed bumps and others regarding the possibility of bottoming out on the fender. But almost all these comments are really speculation in contrast to reports of actual usage.
So again I'd love to hear from anybody has or is running these types of shorter shocks on a CB750. I don't plan to do any extreme canyon carving, but at the same time I want to be able to be safe when evasive maneuvers are necessary.
