10mm to 8mm

I just got new rear suspension for my CB350, but the bottom uses a 8mm bolt rather then a 10mm bolt like the stock shocks. Does anyone know the best way to fill the gap for in the stock 10mm hole on the swing arm, so that the suspension isn't bouncing around in the swing arm? I went to ACE today and they didn't have any spacers or anything that had a 10mm OD and an 8mm ID.

Contact these guys and see if they can send you a sample of the ones that you need, or if they will sell you a couple. Most likely they will send them for free.
