I'm sad to report that Lulubelle, my SV650 has been sold.
Over the last couple months I've been searching for something new for my paddock. My intent was to officially have the start of a 'collection' anchored by my SV.
This little nugget appeared on CL locally and I took her for a spin. I was smitten and the price was right.
She's a 2004 Buell XB12S. Low miles, excellent condition, and all the factory race junk. Great gobs of torque.
Coincidentally my wife's little brother (Lulu's previous owner) was once again in need of transportation. And since I actually don't have room for a collection anyway, we struck a deal, and poof - gone!
I'm sad. I learned a lot from her and we treated each other well in the last four years.
I hope they both have safe travels.
