Perhaps someone from Texas can help me out. I recently purchased a 77 CJ360 T and received a clean Texas title signed by the last registered owner. Unfortunately the following owner filled out the back of the title, never registered the bike and then passed away. Here in New York this makes the title void. Is there anyway I can get around this using Texas' DMV laws? I know of other routes I can take to get a title, but it would be frustrating paying for a title when I have the correct title in hand. Thx in advance for any info.
