Good lord. Somehow I don't think this qualifies for the 50CC and under pocketbike law.
 
Someone has to promise me they'll make sure I never get the opportunity to ride something like that...

That's ALMOST a reason to buy a Smart. What did they do for reverse I wonder? You can't exactly drift your way out of a tight parking spot and you sure as hell aren't going to push it out of every spot.
