new project help!

okay so in a previous post, i mentioned that i was parting out my cb360 frame and my cb350 engine. i didnt have a title for the frame so i gave up and the engine didnt fit on the frame.

but since i got the rolling chassis, i really wanted to restore the bike and sell it. i want to do this again but this time a complete bike with a title. so i need help from you now, what bike should i invest in that is rare, easy to find pats for, popular, and one that i can make some serious cash on after a few fun road trips on it?
