76 CB360T Won't start

Hi I have a CB360T that won't start.

It has new fuel ( I checked to make sure that petcock and fuel is flowing), new spark plugs, and the new rebuild carbs. The battery is at 11.5v.

I tried to start it and it made some putting noise and white smoke out of the exhaust then nothing. The kickstarter was stuck and then I turned the crankshaft and it started to work again. The kickstarter works but it doesnt feel like its cranking.

I took a video me trying to start it with the electric starter. Any ideas or suggestions would greatly be appreciate it.

At 11.5v consider that battery dead. It may not have enough juice to start and run.

Check and see if its getting spark at the plugs?

When was the last time it ran?

I checked the spark plug but I am not sure if I did it right. (I am a newbie). =(

The guy I got it from said it ran before winter... But I have never heard it run.

So I checked the spark plugs again.

I held the metal part of the spark plug to the engine and there is only sparks coming from the left side.

I am charging the battery overnight to see if that helps.
